Delivery - Amen Shoes

Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the SAME DAY, we use ROYAL MAIL next day delivery for the UK. For Europe and worldwide, we use the ROYAL MAIL, who then pass packages on to the national POSTAL SERVICE in each country. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be despatched on a Monday, delivered on a Tuesday.(closed Bank holidays)

Orders placed on Sat/Sun will be dispatched on Monday, delivered on a Tuesday.

International deliveries (non EU countries) Due to a weight restriction of 2kg, we may need to request additional postage fee's for heavy orders over 2kg.


International Orders All international credit card transaction must complete 3D secure or else paid via a verified Paypal account. Delivery Address For security purposes, the delivery address must be the same as on the card statement unless we are contacted in advance. Undelivered Parcels We must be notified of any missing/undelivered parcels within 28 days of placing an order.
